I think you'll have to re-submit an entirely new I-864 form once you get to the NVC stage. USCIS will not forward the one you submitted to them to NVC; they will only forward your approval notice to NVC. For I-130 petitions I-864 are not required at the USCIS stage, they are only required at the NVC and Embassy interview stages.

Potomac is one of the slowest service centers. You are still within Potomac service center processing time.

For Potomac, you'll have to wait till October or November to get any updates. It sucks and it's sometimes frustrating but you'll just have to endure the process. Good luck.

We haven't heard anything either, we are expecting something around October. Potomac averages about 7-8 months to process petitions.
