Yes, I  do have strong ties.  Do you know anyone who was successful visiting while process is pending?

Yes myself. I lived in Toronto and then moved to St Catharines whilst my husband is living in NY. I’ve visited like 20+ times.

Hi Sweetyp, i am the US spouse and my wife visits all the time. As some have mentioned, its all based on "Intent" , ie as long as the visiting spouse has a return ticket, does NOT come for 4 months, go back for a week and then come back to the US for another 4 months- you are fine.

They have never questioned her. She has just been honest to the immigration officer at the POE meaning -she states that she is coming to see her husband. She usually stays only 4-7 days when she visits. Hope this helps!

Thanks guys !!!. I am asking because one of my friend's attonary told her not to visit during the entire process. But now she moved as her process is done. some online posts I have read says its ok to visit but depends on officer at POE.  so I was just wondering if any one was successful.   It's just going to be short visit to see hubby, may be for a week.  He comes here to see me all time but I feel i should visit him  once in a while.  Ofc I will have return ticket, I will carry job letter  as well.

That was fast considering it is NSC. The waiting game continues.

Seems they are approving a lot of February applications now, at least at TSC.  September will be our month for sure.

Yeah TSC is almost a month ahead of NSC.. :(

It’s been so long that I’ve now forgotten the process 🤭. 🤯

What happens when we get noa2 again? Is it the interview. ?

Haha if only! Next step is NVC after it gets noa2 approved.

I sent in my I-864 Affidavit of Support packet together with my I-130. I wonder if I will need to re do it (update it).
