Our case has been complete at NVC since April 2nd and still no interview date! I am beyond frustrated and starting to worry. I thought it only took 2 weeks to get an interview date???😞

Interview dates are assigned based on how busy the USEM in your country is. Hope you'll be part of the next round of interview scheduling. Follow this thread where different people discuss interview scheduling.

Oh wow. This is taking long. How you sort assistance from your senator?

I hope I get answer soon for my I-130. I was told that for every inquiry I make it backs up the process. Is this true. I just hope that by this month I get answer soon. 404 days it’s a ridiculous amount of time. I feel sad and being always from my spouse is no joke 😫😫😫

Sorry. I saw your comment on the other side that your case has been approved but USCIS hasn't forwarded it NVC. This can be really frustrating so I feel your frustration.

USCIS held on to my approved case for 3 solid weeks before sending it NVC; it felt like a slap in the face to me because they took so long to approve my case and on top of that they decided hold on to the case for 3 weeks more after approval. Heartless folks. Stay positive and optimistic. Call them and ask to talk to a tier 2 rep.

I don't think it's true. You should seek assistance from a Senator's office to find out why your case is taking long. Senators have special liasson to USCIS to ask for information.

I agree. My case wasn’t even taking long and my senator asked for me and got a response right away.

Regi84, I feel for you, Im also on the same boat as you. I havent gotten an answer for my I-130 petition submitted on March 20, 2018. Still no answer, I submitted an Outside Processing Time, only thing I got was an email that it was still pending and to hear from them in about 160 days, which is 6 more months. Its hard being a single mom and 2 kids, I need my husband back😭

Same here, my I 130 was sent on March 20, 2018, my husband had a voluntary departure on his last immigration proceedings on April 2018. So its been a year waiting on a response...
