Help!!

Im uploading civil documents for ds260

It is only allowing me to upload my husbands birth certificate which is foreign. Did you guys upload the English translations in the "optional documents" section? And same for my information like my birth certificate, passport photo, and biographical passport page?

I know the majority of people are submitting translations, but NVC states you can send original docs in English or in the official language of the country.  I’ve seen a few people recently on here send their packets with original documents in the country’s language without translations and get case complete.

Hello,

yes it’s normal, same thing happened to me when I recently submitted and many others. I guess the system is really slow and has a delay in the statuses. But it will eventually change your status in a few days or after they review the documents

To be honest, nothing to be worried about,  you’re fine.😁

I have to provide documents to NVC to prove domicile for my household member. Do you think my household member's drivers license, current employment verification letter should be ok? Or if i just do drivers license and a bank statement?

Hi everyone!

i have a question. I’m kind of confused about the processes.

1. How long does it take for reviwing and completing our ds-260 and other doc they request from NVC?

2. And after that, How long does it take for being scheduled interview?

total... 6 weeks or more these days? Usually?

Thank you for helping!

My PD was 3-26 and I was approved on 11/30 At Nebraska. I would submit an inquiry on USCIS website. That is way outside of their normal processing. Well I guess it depends on which service center your at

Oh wow, that was fast for you. My application as well went to Nebraska. I also submitted Outside Normal Processing on Feb. 14 and recieved an answer yesterday that its still pending and within 180 days to get an answer. I wonder why my petition is taking way too long.

Almost everyone on this particular thread has received their I-130 approval.  Can you complete your timeline so we can give you appropriate advice? Have you reached out to your senators?
