What about the first time you submitted ?

first time submitted on 07th January, and NVC responded on 14th January  asking to re-submit 2 docs,  while all other doc submitted were accepted.

Any new case numbers?

No, for me. I was probably one of, if not the last to be approved on this thread so I think I'll get my case # probably in March. Fingers crossed.

for everyone who completed the AOS, for your most current tax years did you list 2017, 2016, 2015. Even though I know most recent would be 2018, however, I haven't filed my taxes yet and so then it would technically be 2017? I want to submit my documents by the end of this week because its my 3rd week since i got my case # and my taxes will be filed most likely by next week. Even then i wouldn't have the transcript by next week anyways which is what they want. However, I have my 2017 transcript

I submitted 2015 - 2017 tax transcripts. All of my documents are accepted and I got case complete now just waiting for an interview date.

I submitted my 2015, 2016, and 2017 tax TRANSCRIPTS, and then also my 2017 and 2018 W-2's and my last 6 months of pay stubs, and an employer letter. They were all accepted.

@kateree11 please keep me posted and I’ll do the same!

🙏

I heard back from NVC tonight (13 Feb 2019)

Wife's ( beneficiary) Passport page was scanned 90 degrees ( incorrectly) to what they wanted. I mean come on!!! just tilt your head for goodness sake!! Lady on phone trying to explain to me "how to scan a document". When I open it, its horizontal. She is saying its vertical. We went back and forth until i just gave up.

Anyways...I corrected and sent it back just now. Called NVC and lady on phone said 3 week lead time.

I have always tried to remain positive but omg this is ridiculous.  I hope this posts helps someone.

FYI:

Submitted documents to NVC on 31 Jan 2019 so it took 2 weeks for them to come back with a response.
