On 28 december uscis received my resopnse request for evidence it has been 35 days but no update

@zakirahmadzaiThis is really one of those situations that it's really hard to tell because there is no set time for USCIS to acknowledge RFE receipt or subsequently approval of petition after RFE receipt. Stay optimistic. All the best.

My nvc receive date is 12/11. Anyone receive a case number around this date yet. My friend’s receive date is 12/7 and she got hers this Wednesday . Was hoping for good news today. Any info is much appreciated.

Mines was received 12/13 no case # yet last time I called they said I should have it by the 7th 13th at the latest so fingers crossed

Woooooooohoooooooo!!!! Thank the lord we are finally approved.  No RFE, no email update, no app update. Just received approval letter in the mail. Now, we wait some more.

Hey, your friend is lucky because my case was received was also 12/7 but I got my case number yesterday night- 01/31/2019 at 11:21 pm. I submitted my fees today so now just waiting again....

Finally got my Case Number from NVC today!

Pd : March 19 2018
1-130 approved : Nov 20 2018
Uscis sent : Dec 3 2018
NVC received : Dec 10 2018
Case number : Feb 2 2019(Korean time) 

Almost 2 months, right.

pay the fees ASAP. They are taking days to process payments and you cannot move on to the next step until payment processed 🤦🏽‍♂️

Hey everyone!! So a quick update. I called nvc today. And they completed my case yesterday 02/04/2019. Turns out that , the checklist I received was just a letter letting me know that I have to present the transcripts at the embassy when I get my interview. So now I’m happy!! 🤣 Oh god nvc has no idea how nervous they made me. But it’s over now. We’re offically done for now. Now we have to wait for interview in Guyana! Best of wishes to all. I will keep everyone updated.
