Out story so far :

 

 We got approved on 19th September, and it was sent to NVC on 20th September. 

 

NVC received it on 27th September         

 

I called every week and was told it would take about 8 weeks. 

 

We finally got our case number and invoice ID on 6th December by email. 

It took about 6 weeks. 

 

The fees were available for payment as soon as we logged in. You pay one by one. 

 

We we are waiting for fees to be processed so we can submit hubbys Avidavit Of Support , my visa application

and civil docs

I had have question you said that NVC giving you your case number took 6 weeks. But if they received your case on September 27th , that means they took 2 months and 11 days ? Is this correct ?

So my case was sent to NVC December 7th. Now Im waiting on them to receive my case. Will call when it’s a week to see if they received it.

I would call and see what they say! I got my Noa2 in the mail PD of 3/26 and app or website NEVER updated. Only updated when my case was sent to NVC.

Hey everyone, 

I haven't posted here in a while but I wanted to post some updated dates. 

 

Our priority date is March 19th, 2018 

We got approved by USCIS on September 27th, 2018

NVC received the case in October 15th, 2018 

Case Number was assigned on November 13th, 2018 

Package was uploaded on November 19th, 2018 

NVC First Revision on November 29th, 2018 

Case Approved on December 10th, 2018 

Now we are waiting for an interview date and very anxious because I am going there on December 26th and leaving January 22nd.

I am a April 2018 filer and I was checking the App and I see a lot ...I mean A lot of refs possible Noid for late March ...no wonder why we can’t see any march approvals ...

Depends on what you got an rfe for. I just got one because I forgot to send my birth certificate and it only took a week to get approved after that. If it’s for something like evidence of bonafide marriage then it may take longer.

My rfe was about to prove father child relationship i isent them school record affidavit of my mother uncle hospital card vaccine card and also bank receipts can i be get approval soon

We got our approval today!! (Nebraksa, PD March 15th) Got notified via email that our they had updated our case online, so checked it and it was there! No update on the App though.. Almost 9 months!

Hey everyone! So a little update. I called NVC this morning at 7 am eastern time. Didn’t have to wait , was immediately communicated with a representative. And the very nice lady on the phone told me that my case was received at NVC yesterday 12/13/2018. So my case number countdown has officially begun! Has anyone received there case number lately ? How long did it take ? 

 

Hoping everyone else hears something very soon! 

 

So this is how we’re looking right about now : 

NOA1 : March 15th 2018 

NOA2 : November 26th 2018

Sent To Departament Of State : December 7th 2018 

NVC Received : December 13th 2018
