Thank you soooo MUCH everyone ❤ The apps and online are still not updated and show just received even though weve been approved since 11/30. Hoping this NVC stage doesnt take too long!! Goodluck to those still waiting, its coming! 🤞🏾

I checked the mail and there was our approval notice!! 

 

We were approved as of 11/30

I just got my case number, yay! When did you pay your fees? Would you be so kind as to update us when it is processed?

 

For anybody else interested, after the NVC received our case, it took just under 6 weeks for us to be assigned a case number (and we got it yesterday).

For people at NVC process, does calling NVC help with checking your case or do we just wait to get an email from them with welcome letter? Also has anyone submitted an expedite request with them?

Hi, I call once a week. Now that I am moving toward the timeframe they gave (which was about 8 weeks) I am going to call Monday's and Friday's. I suggest you call!

Got the email today with the case number. I will pay the fee tonight, then we can finally start the visa application and submit the required documents.

Hello everyone,

Currently at the NVC stage here.

I requested both the Account Transcript and the Tax Return Transcript from the IRS because I wasn't sure what the difference is.

This might be a silly question but which one do I upload with the Affidavit? I'm thinking the tax return transcript but I'm not 100% sure.

 

Also, why can't I find the DS-261 anywhere on the  CEAC website? I see that we have to choose an agent but I can't seem to find it anywhere .

My I-130 was approved by Texas Service Center on wednesday 21 November 2018 and on monday my wife got approval letter by mail. How much time it will take at NVC ? Till today we didnt get any other mail and email.

Apparently, it appears with the new caec PIVOT online submission system, DS-261 is not required unless you are using an attorney (attorney's are automatically selected as your agent, I think).

Based on people's remarks earlier in the thread, you should give yourself at least 5 weeks to get your case and invoice numbers. However, you can always call anytime to check if they have received your case from USCIS.

Any one here with PD 03/22 😔😔😔 Still my Case shows received. No updates what so ever. What is going on with Nebraska 😭😭😭😭.
