We have to have in mind that visa journey is an estimate. Although it has been very accurate. But for example my pd date is March 15th , on the USCIS official page there on cases of Feburary 16th , this means that until the official USCIS page has passed my date and I yet have not received approval then I can make a claim. Otherwise they’ll tell you the same thing , you have to wait 7-9 months etc...

very true

I have evidence example pictures with my father they also write that if you have do not evidence so do your DNA test so they just want evidence

Pictures are good supporting documents to establish relationships along with your birth certificate,  if u ever send any mails to each other.  That type of thing

Hello I was wondering if anyone had any advice on this:

I got approved for the I-130 last week Thursday (Nov 08, march 15 PD, NSC)

I am having to move at the end of the month ( November) and i am worried to call and change my address in between this I130 and NVC stage. I was going to have all my mail forwarded to my new address in the meantime. We are only moving 70 miles away.

I appreciate any feedback/advice and i am praying for those that are still waiting for their approval.

If it were me. Being that i'm getting my mails forwarded,  i wouldn't do a change of address between stages,  I would rather wait until I know for a fact it's at the NVC to do the change. Also that same case tracker app, tells you when the case is sent to the Department of State,  I see cases that are approved sent over within days after approval.

You guys maybe you knew this , but for me it’s something new and it’s awsome. In your case tracker app , you go to search , next to my case. In the search bar you put your case number and in the smaller search bar you put the amount of cases you want to see up to 500!! There you can see all cases that have been approved , who is still waiting , who got an RFE , etc.... Hope this helps guys!!

Thank you.  Lol @ slowbraska. I use to call them hellbraska but recently, i changed my mouth because they have come a far way, trust me.  I really wouldn't want them to go back to the days where the center seems dormant.

Your totally right I remember calling them in the past and they would tell me I had to wait 12 to 15 months for an approval!!
