How long should we wait past the estimated adjudication date to call them? My date was between November 9, 2018 and November 12, 2018.  Its only been a day but still! I just want to get on with this process!

I am thinking we shall see some approvals tomorrow!

We have to have in mind that visa journey is an estimate. Although it has been very accurate. But for example my pd date is March 15th , on the USCIS official page there on cases of Feburary 16th , this means that until the official USCIS page has passed my date and I yet have not received approval then I can make a claim. Otherwise they’ll tell you the same thing , you have to wait 7-9 months etc...

You don't call them base on your vj estimated adjudication date. That's just stats base on other members data they input on the site. If u call uscis they are going to give the date on their website not the date on here.

Hello I was wondering if anyone had any advice on this:

I got approved for the I-130 last week Thursday (Nov 08, march 15 PD, NSC)

I am having to move at the end of the month ( November) and i am worried to call and change my address in between this I130 and NVC stage. I was going to have all my mail forwarded to my new address in the meantime. We are only moving 70 miles away.

I appreciate any feedback/advice and i am praying for those that are still waiting for their approval.

Im assisting a relative with her I-130. Her priority date is 3/15/2018 (NSC). No movement as yet.

The USCIS case tracker app shows many cases from 3/13 to 3/16 with received status. They have received quite a bit on 3/15 and 3/16. They have only worked on a few. So i dont expect any decision this week or next week.

It is noteworthy that hundreds of case numbers are out of order. For e.g. the  I-130s they have received on the 3/19 have earlier case numbers than those received on the 3/15 and 3/16. Not sure why.

Pd march 20 2018 NSC

On november 7 they mailed me rfe yesterday i received a letter of rfe they want evidence between the realtionship me with my father and the translation of my own identity card

It appears that they are not convinced that you and your father has a relationship. Did they list examples of documents to prove relationship?

In any event, a change of address should be reported.

However, you should receive your approval notice this week or early next week (before you move).

As it relates to NVC, they usually communicate by email (if you have provided your email address to USCIS).

So your address change wont affect your case at all.☺
