U.S VISA PROVED IN PARIS, BUT NO VISA

Need Help

my husband went to Paris in august, 24, 2016 the interview was denied he had to file a i601, that was approved. on feb, 7, 2018 his visa was granted, they told us it would take 15 business days, until today no visa...they informed us of the protocal, not to open the big envelope that we have to give that to the officer at the airport, to only open the orange the envelope where the passport would be. the officer even wished my husband good luck in the us and we had to enter before june, 7, 2018. I went to check is visa status it should refused, but on his account it only should august interview not feb interview, but it should updated feb, 8 2018 and i am worried, it doesn´t ,make sense he was approved, then i called the us they told me it was in administrative process, how can that be if the visa was granted, nervous here been trying to get in contact with them, no luck, if any one can help me i greatfully approchiate, if any one  can help me with a direct email to the embassy councelor in paris, need helppp please, thank you..

All cases go through some administrative processing.  Since a wavier was involved, maybe it will take a few more than 15 business days....but no visa can be actually considered as approved until it is issued.  At this point, it's been 17 business days(by my count), so I wouldn't worry.  Good luck..

Thank you. i read if it goes threw administrative processing is because there is something missing, all the paper work was there, and they kept my husband passport, the first interview they didn´t take his passport and gives us a letter saying way it was denied...thank you for your commenting my post..
