Which is faster CR1 or K3 to get my fiancé soon to be wife when we marry in PHL after our K1 was denied? This was due not established that beneficiary and petitioner had a  relationship. No other 212(a)(5)(A) It was just a bad interview and was tainted with allegations opposing approval, sent by a vengeful ex.

I would not rush in to another visa.  If the finding was not a true relationship, why not spend time building the relationship?  Marriage does not erase the reasons for denial.  BUT since you gave very little details about your case, this is just speculation.

But to answer your question, the spousal visa is the Cr1, the K3 is rarely issued anymore.

Good luck

K-3 is obsolete. hardly ever use

Cr-1 visa from the Philippines can be done in less then a year, if everything is done right

it took about 7 months for my wife visa

the interview is still going to be hard if your wife can not answer simple questions about your and her relationship

she should know your job, kind of car you drive your address  these are just examples

There is definitely more to the story here. This is the poster whose K-1 was denied in Manila (in itself a rarity) despite 5 visits (almost a record for that particular embassy).

I mentioned it before but it obviously was ignored - your ex-wife/girlfriend and her emails to the embassy did not cause the denial. How many times do you think immigration officials receive such emails or calls from jealous and spiteful spurned lovers who want to jeopardize someone's happiness? Take a look here at the "effects of major family changes" forum and see how many people are wanting to "call immigration" about someone who cheated on them/broke their heart/turned out to be not the amazing lover they claimed to be. Not one of them succeeded.

It it doesn't work like that. COs don't sit there looking for gossip or allegations from random individuals to deny people. It takes a lot more than that.

You need to work on the real reason, not the one you've fabricated, for the denial before applying again or the result will be the same.

Exactly.

always intrigued to find out what is really going on, usually we never find out.

I agree with JFH there is more to this

5 visit that is  good even for high fraud countries which the Philippines is not

do you and your fiancée discuss things when you visit and really get to know about each other or was it all I love you stuff

I agree that an ex did not play a part unless that person is a powerful or authority figure there the embassy doesn't care what an EX thinks

You do know there is a  10  day waiting period for marriage license to be issue in the Philippines in case someone wants to contest the marriage  if what you believe is true about the ex causing the visa denial   then the ex could ruin your marriage plan also

just getting marry is not going to solve the problem

you also  mention in your earlier post your fiancée had 2  interviews The first one was very short. Usually a short first interview  means either your fiancée could not answer enough basic questions about you and yours and her relationship My wife told me they ask her 5 easy questions about me and us. if your fiancée can not answer easy questions then she will not be able to answer more details question in the 2nd interview

the 2nd reason for short interview  your fiancée is not telling you something I tend to think if that was the case they would of denied the visa without giving a 2nd interview

You also mention it was a bad interview. Why?

and no it was not because of ex

The  1st interviewer only asked a few questions but never asked to review documents or prompt my fiancé to provide more details. The first interviewer concluded with saying she was approved and handed her a card with instructions on her Visa being delivered. The second interviewer started the interview by saying he was investigating allegations, my assumption is that the 1st interviewer either had no knowledge of these allegations or felt she was able to ignore them as not pertaining to the present.

Sorry, but I highly doubt that this is the case.  I'm sure the COs are good enough at their jobs to see through gossip and baseless allegations.  Anyway, I'm not sure a CR-1 will be any easier after 2 failed K-1 interviews....

I might be wrong, but I still think there is an unknown element there somewhere.........Forgive me if you have already answered this, but has she been petitioned before?  Are you absolutely positive she is free to marry?

I wish the best for you and your fiance.

I agree that the US Embassy must get numerous allegations from scorn ex's and this would not be enough cause. But this was more than that, the ex had actually recruited others and this was evident to me when a few of  those people actually messaged me and shared a message from my ex. saying that I was abandoning her. I could be wrong about what the US Embassy takes serious but I know what I read.

My fiancé has never been petitioned. That would have been disclosed.

I don't believe that would have any effect on the CO's decision.  After all, she is officially your ex.....

Another fact about my Ex is she is still after my money and that devision on my assets is still in the courts.

I fail to see how that is relevant to your K-1 or your fiance.  Divorced people seek to bring fiances into the US via K-1s every day.
