Online N400 - where is my biometrics appointment letter?

I filed for citizenship on Feb 28, already on March 3rd I got notice to say my biometrics appointment is scheduled and that it can be viewed in my documents tab. The only documents in my documents tab are the two I was required to upload for my application, nothing else. Is it just too early? Am I looking in the wrong place?

When I filed, I also received the notice about my biometrics on a Saturday morning and the document was available to view on Monday night. And my biometrics date was 2 weeks later. Hope that helps.  :)

We are in the same boat as you with online filing date.  I just checked online and it says biometrics appointment is scheduled and to click on the documents tab.  There is a disclaimer on the web site that says it can take a few days for documents to appear.  Hang in there as I assume it will be there by the middle of next week...just my guess and yes we will be looking for ours!

When you sign into your account you will 3 three tabs: Case Status, Case History & Documents. The documents section will update when the feds upload your notice of acceptance and your biometrics appointment letter

I just got the notification this past Saturday and people who got the notification at the same time are able to see their appointment letters online already. While mine is still not there... :(

Did yours eventually show up under the Docs tab? If it did, after how many days it showed up after you received the biometrics appointment notification?

If you got it Saturday, you should have it about now. Mine didn’t show up until about 7pm Monday night.

Thank you for replying. Nuh, mine is still not there. This is frustrating.. I'm worried mine was forgotten by them. Lol

Do not worry. I got the notification on Friday and the file appeared today online. So, if you take my case as a guideline, yours will hopefully be available tomorrow. Remember that not all offices have the same amount of applicants. Houston is a very busy one.

Yes, I dont think my field office is one of the busy ones. I have seen other people with busy filed offices who got notified on the same day are able to view their letters online. Some of them did walk-ins today. I'm like the only one who is not able to see...
