Have you been able to at least schedule your medical? I hope you'll get the mail soon after all!

They gave me the info at the embassy, after I tried calling for the 3rd time, that it takes 2-3 weeks to get to Montenegro once they get it.I am not annoyed with them, I am annoyed with NVC since our case was ''Ready'' at March 22nd and they said via email that they sent it out on April 4th.

 

I can not schedule interview nor medical since, for Montenegrin citizens, embassy is in Belgrade and we go when they tell us to go.Serbian citizen can schedule it.I will get the day of the interview in Packet 4, I believe, but I haven't received Packet 3 yet.

I didn't know you have to go all the way there for the interview! That must really suck, I'm sorry. No wonder it takes so long for your package 3 to arrive, too. Good luck with the rest of the process, I hope it picks up soon!

Is anyone here clueless did their cases hit the local embassy yet ?

We are approved on February 22nd and NVC sent us a mail on April 3rd that the case was sent to the local embassy but since then no news.

NVC said ''Ready'' on March 22nd but I believe that was a bug or something.

Is this normal ?

I would like a response from someone who is going thru this if there is anyone.

Hello! Does anyone know why cases fall out of processing times? We still haven't received our NOA2 and I want to explode. NOA1 was August 17th.

Any updates for anyone? I wish I was with my SO today, celebrating our anniversary. Jeeeez, if USCIS had pulled their finger out a couple of months ago, we would be married by now.

We got a denial we are still waiting for the hardcopy.Its hard to take this news and we are still confused and wondering what is wrong.Still unbelievable.
