Did MTL open interview dates today? Was 5/22 the earliest available? Good luck!!!

They did! There was also the 16th and 18th, but I chose 22nd to stick with cheaper flights for me.

Thank you! Good luck to you as well :)

I have an interview date. Woot! May 22, with the medical on the 16th! I keep wanting to go outside and scream in joy. (L)

Yay!! Another Canadian!!

how long did you have to wait between your case reaching MTL and getting packet 3 & 4 and being able to schedule an interview? They’ve had my case for over two weeks now and I’ve heard nothing :-(

It seemed to take them a couple of weeks for me too, and the original notification that I was to start preparing the checklist and DS-160 was sent by email to my fiance, the petitioner. So probably any time for you!

I'm still waiting for NOA2 (Oct filer) but can you tell me about the checklist for packet 3 in MTL? Do we actually have to upload / email the actual documents from the checklist or do we just have to upload the checklist saying we have the documents? Does that make sense?

Makes total sense! Just the checklist portion and your DS-160 confirmation page alongside your passport scan. I still technically am needing my police check, but there's a place here in Edmonton that does it same day, so I'm good for that :)

Nice! Thanks for that! We have all of the documents ready, my fiance picked up his police certificate in Toronto while i was there a couple of weeks ago, I was just curious how the checklist worked prior to scheduling the interview. This helps a ton!!

I just want our NOA2 haha. Still waiting... it seems worse now that October is here lol. And of course, I'm 10/26, so it is like every minute is taking an hour lately :)

It's hard not to get wonky about it all, but just keep going. It's hard and very much worth it!

Thank you Naes. IT seems that they are approving first the RFEs responses they are receiving back. It continued 41 today. Its been 15 days after our inquiry, my fiancee said he will call them again next week... should I open another inquiry?

I have no clue... Me myself was going crazy till today but inquiries doesn't seem to do anything with these people.

But yes they are approving rfe received cases mostly.. which is extremely frustrating although understandable.

Did they tell you anything about where your case is? pending security checks or assigned to an officer.
