Can anyone help me out? After receiving NOA2, who will get the approval notice? Petitioner or beneficiary? Or both? / how long do they usually take to come in the mail?

I was approved on the 26 and my approval came in the mail today

Hello everyone, we got our approval yesterday! Finallyyyy!!!!!! We saw it on the app and also received an e-mail. No letter so far but it should arrive in within a week I'd guess.

Such a relief! Hope the rest of the process goes smoothly because this NOA2 part is sure devastating!!

We're august 31st fillers.

Crossing fingers all the augustines hear good news soon!

Exciting  to finally see all these 31st flooding in.

Congrats to everyone on here! Looks like the approvals keep rolling in pretty consistently!

I am sure this question has been answered before, so I'm sorry to be redundant but this site has been a bit squirrely for me and I'm having trouble locating the information I'm looking for. We need to fill out the I-134 Affidavit of Support for our fiances...I know they have to bring this form as well as supporting evidence to the embassy interview, but do we also have to file the form with USCIS??

I thought I was clear on this, but I panic and doubt what the correct process is. When I look on the USCIS website I can't find a definitive answer. Is it good enough to just bring the affidavit of support to the interview?

Mil gracias!

Yes correct.  Beneficiary brings  I-134 Affidavit of Support to the interview.

I guess you could look at it like...after your noa2 approval the rest of the process is on the Beneficiary to submit. 😁

No, it isn’t not a requirement to send to uscis.

yes only bring to interview, or if the embassy says send it with the packet 3, send it with the packet 3.

The beneficiary takes the original, signed I-134 to the interview along with the back-up documentation. That is how it is stated in the Canadian Packet 3 requirements, and I would assume most, if not all, embassies are the same in this regard. However, it's always best to double check your Packet 3 and Packet 4 :)

@Naes beat me to it!
