Hello everybody

August 30th NOA1. No update yet. Spoke to a Tier 2 officer last week she said it's "processing". Don't know what that means. She was pretty unhelpful and refused to divulge more details. She even said processing time is 8 months now and it could take 30 days more!! The VJ timeline says ours should have been adjudicated by today. When should we start panicking? We kind of are already since so many Septembers have gotten approved already. (Happy for you all!)

How many days have you been waiting @dpcalbears?
"Panic" is a strong word. I say that because there are MANY folks in June and July still waiting around. I wouldn't really panic until day like 210...
Because we're still seeing folks being approved constantly around the 200-220 mark.

I know USCIS is working September and it seems they want the average wait times to go down. So the lucky few getting approvals around 170 and others around 210 gets you about that 200 day average

And for the rest of you waiting- it sucks, I know
But we're right here with you! Am still around anyway :jest:
Good luck @streanor, @Vholde346 and the rest that are waiting. It's coming

I have and I’ve recieved so much ####### from Tier 2 that I don’t know what to think anymore.

Tier II usually spit out nonsense--
And they give "alternate facts" all the time :jest:

Received my NVC number today! will update my timeline. NAO2 2/22, NVC received case 3/9, NVC case number 3/12 (by calling nothing in the mail yet)

Still waiting on our NVC # NOA1 8/21/17 & NOa2 2/27/17. This has really helped me with my patience level!

Amen to that!

Just know that NVC numbers are taking about 14-21 days to generate.
So I'll probably start calling tomorrow if I were you. They can get the case in 14 days but it usually takes a day or so more to assign the actual case number
They had mine at 16 days

RFE response was delivered back to USCIS yesterday. Fingers crossed tight this is a quick turnaround.

I hear some folks having a response from USCIS in about 8 days from the time USCIS gets their RFE- including our good ol' @John & Rose
Hoping you hear soon!

I was doing some quiet checking and literally dozens of approvals after RFEs happened on day 8.  For some reason that was a very common timeframe after notice that the RFE response was received by USCIS.  I don't know why but there was a pattern.

Thank you so much for the kind words!

I already have a trip planned for mid April.  I doubt if everything can fall into place by then but I would love to bring them back with me.
