They send RFEs for missing to check one box!

@Ethan & Pyxie- Glad it's something simple! Wishing you a speedy road once you send it back to them to that Golden ticket!

@Cheschirecat I know right?   He forgot to put the date under petitioner’s section below his signature. This upset him but I told him it’s okay. We’re sending it back on Monday and thank you @emekus94, hopefully it won’t take very long :D

Hi Augustines!

I am trying to make a list to see who's left here on which date, this is something I'm doing to try and keep track since June.

I'm pretty sure there are more people around but I just couldn't find yet.

if you see this message and you are not on the list, please tag me or just write around which date you are waiting on.

please update me, if you got a status change from this list.

Hey everyone,

So I got a RFE on the 27 got the paper copy on the 3, mailed the response on the 5th and got a receive notice on the 6th.  Today I got informed deliver notice and hoping it's not another RFE I'm getting tired of USCIS.

Can you see how many pages there are?

Thank you, the wait is almost over. Anyone knows what all I need to sent to my fiance for her interview?

Wait for your packet 3 to be sent by the US embassy where your fiance will go for her interview. (It will indicate which papers your fiance must bring on her interview date)

But these are the common docs they ask: I-134 (Affidavit of support), your employment certificate, your Income Tax return (or Income Tax Transcripts), W-2s, latest 3 months pay stubs, latest bank statement indicating your name, when did you open the account and latest available balance.
