That happen with me right now.. they told me that, the case came into the NVC today and they need 2 week until today to give me the Case No. 

NOA1: 24th August

NOA2: 22th February :wub:

Question 

My fiance called to USCIS 2 days back they said we are approved last Friday but until now we didn't receive anything online is still same as before and no mail yet ?

Second one

What should we after we receive the noa2?

Hello Augustines!

 

This was a wow low level of update day for every month that is active!

Please don't forget to check mailboxes daily! Silent noa2s are on their way too!

 

I'll try to update weekly amounts (although lowish this week) and members who are still waiting tomorrow!

hey guys! so we got our case number yesterday... do i need to to do anything like the instructions in the NVC (****follow 6 steps: 1. choose agent 2. pay fees ... etc) also mentioned about ds-260 - is this all necessary? or we just wait for our to received in my country USEM

Im wondering is it field offices that do the leg work for csc

I guess i always just assumed that cases that went to csc were taken care of in/at csc.

Now im wondering if cases are actually sent to a local field office,could this be a reason why some seem to take much longer?

 

Say if you live in an area that might have a higher number of applicants? We were also hit pretty hard with wind/snow storms this week in the North East.

I think those have some additional thing (maybe similar to k3 cases) not all i129fs are fiancé visas...

 

so I don't think k1 petitions are actually processed in any of the local offices. As far as I gathered k1 is all processed in csc(however some goes to Vermont etc depending on the case).

Prepare everything. Send all your supporting doc. to your partner.

Hi everyone,

Need a little help, I’m August 30 (199 days) tried calling uscis for an update but it’s all automated and I don’t get put through to anyone

its saying my 10 digit receipt number isn’t long enough and hangs up.

Any ideas?
