Im going on may 25th. Monday it will be 45 days after i opened my inquiry, we will try once more. People say that this process is taking from 10 to 12 months to complete in general.

That is certainly true. Though of course that's an average. You will have people come in at about a year (May Filers that just got approved) and some at 7 months (October filers heading to interviews now).

This is the continuation thread for

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/643035-august-2017-i-129f-filers/

which was closed because of its large size.

Was wondering why I stopped receiving notices.

Lol thanks! So who else hasn't received a reply on their VISA?

Read the last 2 pages or so of this page--
I think with you, there's maybe 6 ACTIVE people that have yet to get their NOA2 (I think this is what you mean)

MANY still don't have a visa because they have interviews coming up.
I think actually many Augustines are waiting for interviews now

Thanks! Yes that's what I meant. We've had so many wars during this process. I want to give up! The distance and the aggravation. I see some May people still getting approvals?

May Just got cleaned out.
I don't think there's anymore ACTIVE May folks without approval.
There are still a few in June and July.
So keep the faith- it's a brutal process but I hope approvals come for y'all soon!

did anyone else have an interview and the officer didn't take affidavit of support and some other papers?

I did. Had my interview last April 27 in Philippines. They just asked for divorce papers and military order of his assignment since he’s on active duty in the army and it was asked to me during pre screening. During the final interview, he didnt ask me anything even pictures but got approved. 😊

Ive heard lots of people say that they weren’t asked so don’t worry. My SO had a whole folder including the  DS160 and they  didn’t ask for it and we were approved.

This is MY understanding- am no expert
But if something happens AFTER the interview, that has nothing to do with anything. Because you cannot do something on something that is not yet known (i.e. you haven't' signed an employment agreement/job offer yet)

When you file AOS, you will have to deal with that. But for the sake of the interview, you only deal with the information known at the time of the interview.

Thank you for your help, We are  worried the situation  I just have accepted a new job with better salary the problem is I will start to job 10 days after interview and my last day in my currently job will be 6 days before interview, then we are worring about what is we have to put in the form I-134 because we want to do the things good .

We apretiate your help and opinion

Hello! So no movement this week?

there was a maintenance today I’m waiting it to end so I can scan without complications.

There was movement during the week but even October was really slow on old site so I’m waiting for the maintenance to end for full scan.

Does the beneficiary get a copy of the NOA2?
