you need to read this one and find a different cosponsor

Wait, are you implying a LPR cannot file a i-134 on behalf of an immigrant? I was under the impression that is possible. Any info about that it restrict US Citizens only?

Likewise, either i-134 or i-864, ask for LPR information.

An LPR can be a financial/joint sponsor for the I-134 (and I-864) just fine. It says so right on the form and instructions. Only a USC can petition for a K-1, but that has no bearing on financial sponsorship.

AOS must be filed within 90 days or else you would be out of status. You can file it later still, but the only way to remain legal is marry & file within the 90 day period.

You can be a sponsor for as many people as you want, so long as you meet the financial requirements for your household size (which increases with each person you are still sponsoring).

Thank you for your answer. What you said exactly agrees with what I got answered on another board. He does make more than enough including the joint-sponsoring his daughter. So I guess we're covered.
