Does anyone have any information/idea how much is it taking for i360 sij to be adjudicated, as MSC / NBC doesn't post proccesing times on official website for this particular petition.

I have also filed for aos and ead under c9 and still haven't got my ead either, 207 days now.

I know someone who applied. Received EAD in 3 months and 10yr GC in about a year but they had an attorney who was very knowledgeable of SJIS and had to push a little when the case was over the 6 months mark.

09/22/14- 10yrs GC Approved!!

You could reach out to your congressman for help or ombudsman
