To clarify, I am the one that submitted the I-129 form. It says on the checklist to have " Copy of the Birth Cerificate (front and back) for the Us Citizen

or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport issued with a validity of at least 5 years or a copy of the US Citizen's naturalization certificate (front and back). This is used to establish citizenship". So I do not have his passport or the copies of the pages.

I lived in Egypt from 2011-2012, so as of last year that was 5 years ago but I was on a student visa. Criminal report? Would I really need that since I was there on a student visa?

I also lived in Morocco for 2 1/2 years, we met and started dating during my first year living there. There was been numerous visits but 2 visits since I have been back living in America.

They are more worried about the travel outside morocco of the beneficiary

When i applied i had copy of his passport and all pages plus his national ID and birth certificate (funny as the morocco one is done by a family book and when you ask for a certificate it expires in 90 days) and i submitted 2 photos as the 1st lawyer said USCIS wants 2 and istructions say 1

You will definitely get an RFE but this is not a reason for a rejection. Just wait for the RFE letter in the mail and send them what they want. Nothing you can do about it now. Now for the next part which is medical and interview, make sure you go on the embassy website as well as USCIS website, ask others who are from the same country as you, do a ton of research about all the documents you need to take for the medical and interview so that you are not missing anything else and risk delaying even more or even a denial.
