Everyone goes through AP of some type. As noted above, which part of a country doesn't matter much, just in general the country itself. Some AP can be 2-3 days, 2-3 weeks, 2-3 months, or even longer.

Is this K1 or CR1?

Did they keep passport?

these questions are important

First of all last posted reports of K1 approvals was 2016 and only 14 approved

if this is K1 do not be surprised to see the case returned and allowed to die

if Cr1 did you marry of 1st visit?

is there an  age difference?

is woman of child bearing age?

does moroccan family approve?

religious differences?

answer these and we can answer you

this is not to be nosy but important to know the particulars of moroccan case
