We had ours delivered to Guadalajara and also received it in 5 business days (7 days total). Receiving it in another city only adds 1-2 business days as they ship it via DHL overnight.

Nice.

Do keep in mind that 5 business days seems to be the typical waiting time, but don't be surprised if yours takes longer (or shorter) to arrive. The embassy officially estimates shipping time at 10 business days. Additionally depending on if you have to go through administrative processing (or other circumstances) yours may take slightly longer. Some people have had to wait 3-4 weeks even though the status on the website says that it's been issued.

It has been a number of years since we went through that process but I will still chime in.  We had the DHL package sent to the DHL office about a mile from our second home in Coyoacan (southern part of Mexico City).  If I remember correctly it took about four business days.  Mind you we went through the K1.  Back then there was a mysterious sealed brown envelope inside the DHL package.  You could not open the brown package and had to hand it to the Homeland Security agent when you made your first POE (point of entry) in the US.  You opened the DHL package (but not the brown envelope) as your passport was in there.  Hope this helps some.

Best wishes and God bless

Can the consulate in Juarez deliver it to the DHL in your city?  For example could they just deliver it to the DHL place in Nogales,Sonora and then we go down there to pick it up or does it have to be shipped to our house?  I ask because I am not too confident in Mexican addresses.  Here in Nogales there are 5 different ways to write our address and don't want the consulate or the deliverer getting confused.

Of course, the packages are not delivered to your home address. They are sent to specific DHL offices. When you make your CAS appointment you will need to select the DHL office you will pick up your package and the address of the DHL office in Nogales will be provided to you.
