Hello, has anyone that filed or in the process of filing under the 319(b). I have read a lot of posts and ready to file and haven't been able to see the following questions answered.

Do  i need to notarize my employment letter of working abroad that I get from HR?

since there is no restrictions about residency or being in the US under the 319(b) do i still list all the travel? and how far back? 5 years like the application ask or 3 or none?

I will be requesting to have the interview and oat at the Fairfax VA office. is there an option for that on the application or do I write that in on the cover letter?

I have been on official orders overseas and my wife stayed with me as well. I know technically she shouldn't have stayed here for more the an year since we didn't ask for an extension. She is back in teh US and the immigration officer didn't question her and let her in without any issues. We have property and kids together and tax records as well.  would this be a problem during the citizenship process?

Thank you

I listed the travel outside of the USA since she arrived.  I sent the package off 10 days ago and the already cashed the check and stated they received it.  I'm going to put a post together to document my 319(b) experience so it might help others in the future.

Yes please do. I filed under 319(b) as well and bio metrics were completed on April 19th. We have requested the interview at the Washington DC field office as it was recommended by many posts and State Department encourage their employees as well.
