IF IT'S A MUST, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE VISAS that have been approved without the Couples frontloading (Adding Numerous Evidence in the Petition Package)?

How do you know what they included? Did you see the inside of their envelopes? They may have taken more to the interview. For the couple of cases you can find where they were approved with claims of bare minimal evidence, we have dozens here that were denied for not having enough. I mean, the process only costs $1,000 or so and only takes a year or so...sure, you're only going to do the bare minimum to get through.

I'm from the U.K. and the London embassy is one of the easiest to get through. We had visited over 40 times by the time I went to interview. We still front-loaded with 300 pages of evidence (OK, it was an IR-1, not K-1) and we do not care if every one of those lovingly created pages of photos, boarding passes, passport stamps, messages, etc was put into the recycling can or the shredder the minute it arrived at the embassy. I would do all that again and again with no hesitation.

And don't get too confident that just because "someone" on an anonymous Internet forum claims to have been approved at an embassy with just 6 photos and a screenshot that yours will go the same way. That's a dangerous assumption to make.

Hello!

Every case is different from another case.

1) Actually, Applicants mustn't frontload their case to prove a Bona-fide Relationship at the Interview.

2) Applicants from these Countries don't have a lot to show to prove a Bona-fide Relationship at the Interview.

As of last week, up-to 3 Applicants got their visa, approved at the Interview at the USEM, Nigeria.

One of the Applicants visited once, submitted 6 photos and just had a screenshot of social media Chat. They were approved straight up.

Generally, COs try to look closer when you try so hard to prove that your Relationship is bona-fide.

Just get and have the required documents and evidence needed.

Pray fervently and answer the Interview Questions.

This isn't true at all.  I'm shocked that there are people trying to advise others to go easy on their proof.  No wonder there are more RFEs recently than in previous years.  You note 'required documents and evidence'... that includes evidence of a bloody bona fide relationship -.-

Where are you getting this terrible advice???

I think you failed to read 'Every case is different' and I never asked anyone to have minimal evidence!

Lol! I never asked anyone to purchase Minimal Evidence!

I SAID 'EVERY CASE IS DIFFERENT' and I'm still saying that MUST makes the statement to be FALSE!!!!!!

I'm sorry - I mean no offense to you but to be fair, yes you did, although maybe not in those words.

Where are you getting this terrible advice? I mean, no offense, but you dont even have your NOA2 yet, so how can you state what is or isn't correct - you dont have any experience of it, nor have you shown where this bad knowledge came from.

Front-loading the petition is perfectly fine and will do absolutely NO detriment to the applcant.  Wherever you heard otherwise was bad bad advice.

People should refrain from giving advice unless they are SURE they are correct.

Its not false in any way shape or form.....

"Enough evidence must be included to convince the CO"...... well of course it must.  If its not enough to convince a CO you will get denied.

His statement, as a sentence of words, is perfectly accurate.

The definition of "enough" is what you have an issue with, not the word must. Since you wanna focus on that one word.

Hey Dude! I musn't have my NOA2 yet to be informed! 👌

Everyone can frontload his/her petition, but if one doesn't frontload, it isn't a criterion for visa denial.

The bolded items are among the worst, most incorrect, and most reckless advice ever offered on VisaJourney.

The standards for passing the petition phase (USCIS) are far lower than those for visas at the consulates.

The consular officers (COs) look for evidence of a bona fide relationship.

This evidence cannot be determined merely from a petition and a letter of intent.

Enough evidence must be included in the petition package to convince a CO, in concert with the visa interview.

Applicants have brought evidence to the interview that COs have refused to look at.

We've had post after post after post over the years from people who underestimated the consular phase.

The COs hold 100% power over the progression of the immigration process.

What happens at the powderpuff Manila embassy has absolutely ZERO to do with reality elsewhere.  ZERO!

Do not -- do NOT! -- heed blanket advice such as the above poster puts forth.

I have actually seen worse.

However posting miisinformation is not against the VJ ToS, my Bible, should be yours.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You said "You MUST NOT frontload".  THAT is false.

If you meant to say "You do not need to frontload", thats entirely different but you should make that clear.

As for your NOA2, my point is, you dont even know if your own application was good enough, so how can you then give advice to others... based on other peoples opinions that you have seen, but I have yet to see them......

it is well known that you do not HAVE to frontload and can still be approved, however, that doesn't make it recommended.

mustn't = contraction of must not = if you do it you will be denied

This is why you are recieving this response from people, because that is incorrect, wrong, and scares people who have no reason to be scared.

Goodluck in your VisaJourney!

"whether it was good enough or not".... I hope it was, because RFEs and denials do happen for those that aren't good enough..... its not a guaranteed approval regardless of how good your application is..........

But I hope you will be approved - not once did I say that I wish bad things for you.
