Employment history

Hello,

I'm hoping some can advise me on how to complete the Employment History section of the I-129F since I mostly work 3 month assignments at various companies.

I work as a registered nurse for travel nurse agencies and most assignments are 3 months long, and there are times when a year or so will go by before I work another assignment with the same company. For example I worked for American Mobile for 3 months in 2012, 3 months in 2015, 3 months in 2016, and 6 months in 2017. I also work for other agencies between these contracts.

I started filling out the Employment History treating each assignment as a new job, but I'm running into a lot of extra pages in the Additional Information section at the back of form I-129F.

Is this the proper way to fill this out? Or is it advisable to only record an agency once with the first and last contract dates? So for the above example I would state I worked for American Mobile from 2012-2017...

Thanks for your help,

Ken
