Hey Marchies, kind of conflicted here, I've been looking at the sample forms here on the website to get an idea of the I-134 and the DS-160. Been trying to fill them out, but...

So on the I-134 there's a question for the sponsor: "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons. (If none, write "None" in the space for name below)." The sample filled out the beneficiary's info, so that's yes, I assume they're talking about the K-1 here

And on the DS-160 there's a question for the beneficiary:

"Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?" The sample said "NO"

Now from what I've read in this topic, I should put no on the DS-160, cause they're probably referring to a petition before the K-1, but I don't understand what my fiancé should put on the I-134

Hopefully someone can help me

I just signed up for online tax transcripts from the IRS.  I thought I was going to have them mailed but this was so easy and I downloaded the last 4 years in seconds.  Much easier than having them mailed.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

I-134 does not say immigrant petition it says petition. K1 is non-immigrant

You can still move your file and interview to USEM if you want. May delay your approval by 30 days, but it still can be done.

I was thinking of transferring our case to PH USEM but as you say, it will then cause more delay thus we have no choice but to stick with UAE USEM 😔

Question-

NVC sends to the Embassy, right? So who sends out package 3 or whatever they call it? I wanted to change his address to a better mailing address but I'm not sure if that'll be too difficult at this point. Currently waiting for NVC to receive case.

The embassy sends it. I recommend calling the embassy once you have a case number and ask about changing your address. (Asking NVC wouldn't hurt either.)

Thank you, I actually found someone who went through this in Morocco. ( Who knew it'd be so difficult. Never realized most of you were interviewing out of London!) Apparently it gets e-mailed to him which is a life saver. :) And then we e-mail the consulate to request an interview. Seems reasonable!

It's emailed in Turkey too :) nice
