The question is asking if ever so answer yes if and just put in the box what and who has petitioned for you in the past. They're going to be able to see it in the system anyway.

Gotcha. And Sorry for asking this but Where can I find exact and precise information for what to do after noa2 is approved. I have all these questions but if there’s a document that explains it well I might as well first read it and then ask.

That is another difference.  In the Philippines medical is usually 2 days and they walk out with their files when they are done.  It is common to do medical on Monday and Tuesday and have the interview scheduled for Thursday or Friday.  I hear some countries take a week or two to get the files from medical to the embassy.

Italy is also different. It's a two days thing. Day one is medical day, day two is interview day. I don't think they give you the medical results back but I'm pretty sure they send it directly to the embassy. (I haven't done them yet, but I read a lot about it).

Hello all.

Does anyone have an estimated timeline on how long cases remain at NVC prior to being sent to an Embassy?

NOA2 is dated 14 Mar 18.

NVC received 23 Mar 18.

NVC number received 26 Mar 18.

When I check the website ( it still reflects at NVC?

Not sure if the receiving Embassy makes a difference or not, but in our case it is the US Embassy in Thailand who should receive our packet.

Ours was at NVC for 5 days.  It doesn't seem like there is any consistency though.

Interview scheduled in Brazil for May 8th, medical for April 19th. Passport should be ready in 2-3 weeks after interview, which means I'll be immigrating late May/ early June, that will be 10 months after we filled

I hope everyone else's country is faster than mine!

Hi marina, have you looked the options for interview dates for may? We are waiting our number, but we are looking forward to be able to have our interview still in May

I have a request Please.

IF and WHEN you get your Embassy letter or sometimes referred to as Packet 3 can you make a copy and either post it here or send it to me privately. I try and help and there will be others that come behind you and ask the same questions and I would like to respond in kind for the P3.  I have some Embassy Letters but I don't have all of them.

Thanks. Safe travels and good luck.

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could help me out here, we've contacted the NVC and received our case number, they told us to wait now for the embassy to notify us when they are ready... my question is do we have to wait for the embassy in London before scheduling the medical?

This information is a little old but maybe the links still work and it will have updated information. I used to have the link to the P3 letter but it's broke. That's why I have put out the request for anyone with a Embassy Letter if they could share it with me.

Quick question!

My fiancés passport has gone through the wash so the gold on the UK passport is gone..

do you suggest getting a new one? As I know London can be kinda picky with passport conditions

thanks!
