Average time is 8-20 days. I would start calling a week from the date of your approval and every day after. (At least that's what I'm doing)

I started calling the day after my approval 🤭 and on Monday. I’m on day 9 now, I might call today again... 😬

Lol...that's way too early. It wasn't shipped out of USCIS the next day after your approval

It was worth trying is all I can say 😂😂 it’s refreshing to hear the change in attitude from this call center in comparison to the USCIS. They are actually eager to give you good news and genuinely sad when they can’t just yet. I can help but wonder why the difference in attitude 🤔🤔

Yes they are a lot more friendly, even at 10pm which is when I called last night. It is very refreshing compared to USCIS because they had my blood pressure high every time I called and their lack of caring only made it worst!

Yes you can schedule your medical. But, SLEC wants either the Interview letter from the National Visa Center (NVC) or Visa Interview Appointment Confirmation from the Embassy (just print off a screen shot of the confirmation page once your appointment has been secured) either or.

 

Also, your are beginning to ask questions that can be answered by using this free step by step guide for processing through the Philippines found here http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html  Many who have gone before you have used this guide and it makes the whole process easier.

Not to start driving you and NVC crazy wait 10 business days excluding holidays and start making your calls. Any sooner and your just going to get the "pad" answer.

Yeahhh! i am gonna grind my teeth and wait for 10 days and then start bugging them like crazy until they give me my case number

Well at least the people at NVC are more accommodating than the people at USCIS. Don't worry, once they received your case then it won't take long before you'll be given a case number. But be ready with their phone spiel of an 8 weeks time frame before they will assign you a case number. Don't be disheartened, instead thank them politely and tell them that you'll call again next time.

I never called USCIS because I couldn't, but the NVC was just on the point, no hello, no nothing, i said good morning, no reaction. The first thing was asking for the case number then we didnt receive it or when received started to ask more questions before telling me. And then after giving the number, i asked it again just in case, she was helpful, repeated it, i said thank you and she just hang up. :)) Maybe because it was like 701AM their time? :))) Can't imagine how bad USCIS can be.

She probably didn't finish her coffee yet...I'm a bit grouchy until my coffee starts to kick in!

We are "In Transit" Yeah!!!! 

Can the I-134 be a scanned copy or does it have to be an original?  Can't seem to find an answer on this.  Thanks

My understanding is original with wet signature only.

We were listed as "READY" yesterday but I have a K-1 and two K-2s.  Only 2 were listed as "READY" so far.  They may need some time to update in their system but this is Holy Week and I'm not sure if the Embassy is closed on Thursday and Friday like the medical facility there.  I will reach out to NVC to see why only 2 of the 3 are listed but we still have 20 days until the interview.

 

For other Filipino beneficiaries, we booked the interview and pre-registered for medical only using the number that was given over the phone.  At medical Rose just showed the interview confirmation and there were no questions asked.  We are listed as "READY" and I have never received an email or snail mail from NVC at all.
