Personally, I think it's just a coincidence! Thoughts, @Naes ?

FWIW I checked the number of K-1 visas they approve from Turkey on the DOS website a while ago and it looks to be around 10 a month.

Yea I know the numbers pretty low for Turkey. Maybe I’m just trying to make sense of three petitions from three different months all waiting such different times. One of you also got an RFE the same day as me (or maybe one day different). We’ll never know. :)

Hi all! I just got my NOA2 in the mail this morning.  Excited to join this group.

It's March 13th, and my fiancee (in South Korea) is moving out of her apartment (lease ending) on April 25th and with her parents until this whole visa thing is settled.

With this timing, I think that the NVC processing will be finished before she moves out (probably by late March/early April), but the processing at the US Embassy in Korea is likely to fall somewhere around the time she's moving.

So, should I request a change of address at the NVC stage, or have a change of address when it gets to the US Embassy?

Try to check with someone from your embassy, here in Brazil we can elect to pick up at a US consulate, so because my lease is also ending and I will be moving too, I am just going to elect to pick up at the consulate and avoid any address changes.

Thanks, but I think ringing is faster because they always pick up like within 1 min, if they are still closed tomorrow though I will email!
