OMG you are hilarious!!! (I should be honest though only cater to a niche market of cute Welsh guys with beards)Believe me I'd rather deal with small children every day for the rest of my life than have to deal with the USCIS ever again!!!

USCIA sent: 3/7

NVC received: 3/14

NVC #: 3/21

In transit: 3/21

That's awesome news! Congratulations!! You'll have to let me know when you guys schedule your interview for  I'm so excited for you guys!

I hear that!  USCIS is one of the most stressful groups I have ever had to deal with and I know that they could not care less about us.  They really have no idea what it is like to wait everyday.  They still haven't updated us online either.  I'm worried that they will never send our petition to NVC!  Oh well, someday this will just be a happy memory....LOL

Ready for something VERY bizarre?  On a whim I called NVC.  Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since NOA2.  They received my petition today AND assigned it a number!!!!!!  In one day my petition was received and assigned!  NOW this is getting real!

Indeed they are but honestly you and Rose definitely deserve a little bit of good luck in this process. Heck Rose and the kids  might even be here by memorial day at this rate!

We are paying the visa fee today and they will get the passport photos too.  There are actually many interview openings for the week that I already scheduled a visit.  I may be able to be there for the interview.  Late April or early May looks like a possibility!  Maybe they can be here for my daughter's high school graduation!

Just called and am in the electronic group too. At this pace, seem's I'll have to set my wedding date on the date we got engaged...August

I have one graduating high school too - not sure how that happened or whether the world is ready for him but its happening anyway and he is headed for a gap year in Germany! Also my number 3 is graduating 8th grade and number 2 is heading on an exchange program to Switzerland.  It would be so lovely if all 4 of my kids  got to be together for our wedding before everyone heads out on their new adventures!

Hope the rest of the process is as easy as this bit was for you xxx

I wish I had your fast timeline to NOA2 lol, but I do think the electronic group is going faster through NVC overall since it’s sent right after the number is assigned.

 

I would recommend you prepare yourself for there to be hurdles at the interview phase since your fiancé is from Iran. From the Ankara reviews it seems like it was typical for Iranian applicants to get extensive AP post interview even before the travel bans started.
