Yeah, I tried to find something on vj and google before, but nothing really came up, they are mostly about ap after the interview. Well we have a chat with girls who have their interview in Moscow about the same dates that I have, and one of them also has ap as status, her interview is on the 8th..

Yep asking people having interview in Moscow could be good. maybe it is just because they requested some papers earlier or something related to that. Let us know

and Good luck!!

If you have documentation (tax returns) that show you are above the poverty level for your family size then a co-sponsor is not needed.  It will be a waste of time because you pass the income test. If you decide you still want to go with the co-sponsor then petitioner completes the I-134 https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 and the Co-sponsor completes the I-864 https://www.uscis.gov/i-864. All the information to complete both documents are located at the links.

so i was this and I am a little worried....

I am having a co-sponsor and I thought both the petitioner and co-sponsor still fill out the I-134 for the K-1 interview, and it wasn't until AOS that petitioner and co-sponsor would fill out I-864 .......

Does anyone know or can confirm.....? thanks

you can pretty much google your answer. there are numerous attorneys/other folks going through the process/as well as companies that offer services in assisting with visa processes and no one mentions an 864 for the k-1.

has anyone on here used a sponsor in their process so far that's been approved? if so, did you include two - 134's?

i mean....... i was quite confident in using two I-134 for petitioner and co-sponsor until this comment.....

but then I think I'll stick to what I found and have two I134s :) thanks for the help @h&y
