 You like to-may-toes and I like to-mah-toes ...

@Greenbaum I just like the right answer.

after doing a lot of google search and even asking lawyers on avvo website, the answer is no based on the simple fact:

“H1b is a nonimmigrant visa and has nothing to do with immigrant petitions. If nobody has petitioned you to immigrate, the answer is No.”

I put "None" or N/A for most of those. RapidVisa actually filled it out for me but I had to change some info and just copied what they had put on everything but what I changed .. just didn't feel like calling them to make a minor change so I re did it myself :)

@h&y did you put that for line 38 as well? It asks th sponsor if they intend to contribute towards beneficiary in any way when they are here. Wouldn’t you guys as sponsors be contributing with foods, bills, transportation and housing for beneficiary for which the answer would be ‘intend to’?

argh, why does these applications have such double meaning questions.

@Swissmiss82 @NICK & PAULA @Naes @LizM What did you guys answer for the below question?

Hey, few questions for you regarding I-134. Did you put n/a for every line where there would be no info or did you leave them blank and also, what did you fill for line 5 (personal property like jewelry, car and stuff), 26(a) and 38?

I don't think I had this question. I'll have to double check but I feel like I'd remember checking "intend to." (If I did have the question.) Once I'm able to get online I'll let you know. It's 3:30 am here but my dogs woke me up. Imagine 3 pugs breathing in your face lol 😆

@h&y 😂😂 I was literally wondering what were you doing this early in the morning? It is “city that never sleeps” but not people that never sleeps.” Haha.

And yes please let me know tomorrow.

ooooh to be honest, i don't even remember, but i think i left it blank.

if it let's you move to the next i'd do it like that.

mine went so smooth and no issues at all to fill it out, that i don't even recall these n/a answers

@NICK & PAULA @Swissmiss82 ok thanks much for that info and Those links helped.

another couple of quick questions:

(1) for a question asking about have you attended any higher education than secondary school, did you guys put your recent education or all educational institutions after secondary school? I have done masters and some certification. So do I put masters and certificates and bachelors or just recent masters?

(2) where it asks to submit employers in the last 5 years, the form is only letting me fill two employers and then I’m not able to add more employer cut that add button is greyed out and I haven’t even reached last 5 years but mentioned only until 2016. Technical glitch or that’s all we can really add?

@h&y @Naes you can pitch in too

What if we what if we have contributed volunteered at non profit charitable organizations? All of them have to be mentioned too?

I see in your signature that you only had your medical 3 days before the interview, is that okay? I was told it has to be 2 weeks in advance? What happens if it's this close? :o

In Manila you take the medical records with you after medical. You can actually interview the afternoon of the second day of medical. I have seen people interview the next day. It is taking a chance since a delay at medical will mean a cancelled interview.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!
