It seems like #5 is the electronic cases (or perhaps a newer electronic system?), whereas #7 is for mailed (and possibly an older electronic system). I've seen people say that Turkey has been electronic for years, so not really sure what's new about the #5 option. It seems to just be determined by your embassy's system, so I don't think one is better or worse. Your case will get there regardless. :)

So is there a strategic order to get stuff done quicker?

Can we arrange medical appointments ASAP if there's a long wait? Or do we need to have a case number and the packet 3 in hand before even SCHEDULING the medical appointment.

Same with the K1 visa interview at the embassy... can we just pay and schedule ASAP?

@enfinity83 we are in the same boat here. Received my case approval on 03/16, waiting for the hard copy of NOA2 and wondering about next steps in Seoul. If you google South Korea K1 visa packet 3 you will find a PDF that I am pretty sure is the latest version of packet three for Korea. Also join the South Korea country portal to ask questions more specific to Korea.

I guess we all have our own stresses.  I was hoping that your journey stress would be lessened but school stress isn't great either.

This is the CEAC site...

Sorry to bother you again. I tried to check on the website, but I think I'm doing something wrong. Which is the correct case number to put? The uscis one starting with WAC.... or is it something else?

Finally rang NVC and they received my case on Friday! Exactly two weeks after approval (NOA2 March 2nd, NVC received March 16th). Now waiting for my case number... things are moving people, despite the snow!
