literally just walked back home after 12 hours on the road! buuuuuut: the embassy appointment went well and they send out the visa/passport tuesday!!! initially i wanted to go pick

i am about to pass out my friends!!! i literally can't stop shaking - the embassy emailed me just now and  confirmed the appointment:   THIS FRIDAY 1:30!!!! April 20th

No I have not even got my NOA2 yet so not booked. Congratulations to you for receiving NOA2 and getting a interview. When is your interview ?

I am eagerly awaiting my NOA2.

status change: ISSUED! 

guess they'll send it out today and i'll have it tomorrow or thursday :D :D :D :D

 

POE in 6 days! 6!!!

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Interview scheduled for May 9th :unsure: I'm a nervous wreck even scheduling the appointment made me nervous. I think interview day I need to call out :dead::clock: my anxiety isn't good with situations like these.

Love knows no reason,no boundaries,no distance .It has a sole intention of bringing people together to a time called FOREVER!!!!!!!!:wub:

We have always been looking at May 16.  We pushed it back to May 17 because Aira may have a volleyball championship game on the 16th.  We haven't bought any tickets yet but we think we can still make it.  The Embassy got Rose's AKA police certificate on Monday so we hope to hear something soon.  It is getting real.  Rose bought 6 big suitcases yesterday.  I still can't believe how quickly this moved after NOA2!

I fly out tomorrow morning and our interview is Friday. Can you believe where we were 2-3 months ago to see how fast things progressed to now?!?

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

It is so funny how all of that stress from waiting just disappears once NOA2 hits.  It has been a long strange journey but now all that matters is what is in front of us.

 

I believe what you went through proved that you two belong together.  That was such a stressful time and while there are moments of weakness, your love survived.  I am so proud watching so many great people make it through this!

 

The interview will be a breeze.  Soon this will all be just another smile as we sit with our loved ones realizing how blessed we truly are.

We got ours issued three days after the interview and was told by the CO to pick it up in a week.  Today makes one full week so we are awaiting the email saying it's ready to be picked up.  From my understand as long as all documents including medical are ready and completed at interview the turn around is as short as a week.

@NICK & PAULA Hi girly, just wanted to let you know that I’m thinking of you and hoping/praying/crossing finger and toes that you hear something from your embassy soon!  I keep checking your profile for an update.  I’m still waiting for my case to be received at NVC myself.  :clock:  I know this process can be torture at times but we’re almost through it!  Sending love and well wishes to you sweet girl. :wub:

I was going through your timeline for ideas, its really nice that within a month your case came to Mumbai after approval and you have your interview date.

When do you go for your Medical ?
