You need to provide more details about your criminal background. You got arrested multiple times, is it for the same crime? It is depends on what crime did you commit. Some of it is not a big deal and they did got their K-1 approved. Other than that, you need to respond to the RFE and provide them what they are asking for. If you not able to provide documents to them, you might get denial.

You need the arrest and court records for all of the arrests.  You can start with the county clerk's office where the arrests were made.  They will need the arrest reports and the final disposition of the court cases against you.  Those are all public records so you should be able to get copies from the clerk.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

It's stressful because I no longer live in miami I'm in GA now I have been trying to call and get someone on the phone, I have cases from 2000 this is so annoying they do a background check they already know everything this sucks

As long as you did your due diligence you are covered. They may ask for more info but they may not. You did your part and got a certified document. That should be enough to get you through at least at first.
