Hello everybody, I just wanna ask.. We will move in new house but same city. Do i need to send notice of "CHANGE OF ADDRESS" to USCIS? We didn't file
AOS
yet. Can anyone give me advice here ? Thank you..I appreciated your help.

USCIS will have no dealings with you until you file AOS. If you can wait to file AOS until you can receive mail at the new address, that would be best.

agree - its more trouble if you send in AOS then move. Move first, then send AOS in.

I don't think it's that simple, although I am no expert.

You had to provide an address to the CPB officer when you entered the country and obtained the I-94. I don't know if they'll adjust the system if they see a different address on the AOS paperwork. Maybe someone like Zyggy could let us know if it's important for the address on file with CBP to jive with the address provided on AOS paperwork, and if it does need to match, what are the consequences of not filing a change of address form?

No, you don't have to change your address with USCIS. They were done with you when they approved your petition and forwarded to the NVC and then on to the consulate. Even the online address change will not change an address of an approved petition, only pending ones.
