Request for Initial Evidence (I-485) - HELP ME please!

Glad this all worked out for you! A paralegal told me that the NBC is notoriously bad at interpreting I-864's. He said that RFE/RFIE's for I-864's are very very common and sometimes, they ask for a joint sponsor or other documents even if they seem unneeded. The RFE/RFIE letters themselves are also just copy-and-pasted so it makes it hard for us (the petitioners and applicants) to determine what is missing from an individual's specific case. All in all, if you and your spouse have enough money and aren't just skating by financially, there's no reason for them to delay things anymore so I hope the rest goes fast for you!
