Yes, they always update the processing times later. I check the processing times always and I noticed, they updated to Dec 31st in February. Also, the online case status per case in the USCIS website, is not updated (for me and many others). Many people even they get an answer from them, remains as "received case".

You can expect almost 6 to 8 weeks ahead of what they post in processing times page. For example if you see they are doing march cases on their website, you can assume they are doing 6 to 8 weeks ahead. I applied on 6th of july 2017, was sent to Nebraska center, got RFE on 29th January and case approved on 27th Feb 2018.

I believe you must be very near. You can expect something within 2 weeks. Keep checking your case status daily and also install an Android app which alerts you whenever your case status changes.

Best of luck

I have a question;

Why didn't you guys wait until August 1st to fly to the USA?  If you had done that you would have qualified for an IR1 instead of a CR1.

You are exactly right.......even the CBP officer said that to my wife when she arrived at DFW.......I guess we just grew tired of the waiting. LOL....and my wife had just finished selling all our furniture and everything in Taipei....

Says he who quoted the USCIS site earlier in the thread.  Just sharing another tool for those who want access to more information.  Like all the information on here concerning USCIS, it should be viewed as one small snapshot of the whole picture.
