From quick research it appeared that either A) They possibly lost the one I sent somehow or B) Didn't understand how my birth certificate is acceptable evidence of my birth in the UK so I just had to cite there websites to show it is acceptable evidence.

 

It didn't ask me to submit original copies, just that I hadn't sent sufficient evidence.

My applications were received on March 29. I received my receipt notices on August 7. I will keep you guys updated. 

I-751

7/14/20 - Application mailed.

7/17/20 - Application received.

7/24/20 - Text notification received with a WAC number.
7/31/20 - 797 received. Printed on 7/26/20.

1/06/21 - Case transferred.

1/13/21 - Received transfer notice in mail.

1/21/21 - Biometrics applied.

1/26/21 - Received biometrics reuse notice in mail. 

2/11/21 - Called for an update on my case and was told file is in local office.

2/26/21 - Received interview notice. Printed on 2/22/21.

 

N-400 - Military Service Based

1/12/21 - Application submitted online; Application received.

1/13/21 - Received IOE electronic receipt notice via email; Biometrics walk-in; Case status changed to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS."

1/19/21 - Received paper receipt notice in the mail.

1/22/21 - Received email from USCIS that a new receipt notice will be issued due to an error on the previous one.

1/26/21 - New receipt notice posted on my online account. 
2/01/21 - New receipt notice arrived in mail. 

2/11/21 - Called for an update on my case and was told file is in local office.

2/19/21 - Case status changed to Interview scheduled.

2/22/21 - Interview notice posted on my online account.

2/26/21 - Received paper interview notice in mail.

3/16/21 - Biometrics Reuse notice posted online.

3/26/21 - Received biometrics reuse notice in mail. 

3/30/21 - N-400 approved; Same-day oath ceremony.

I did my biometrics today. It took less than 15 min.

I also got a courtesy letter today from USCIS stating that I did not submit form I-693 and instructed me to bring it during the interview. I did not submit it because it expires in one year and it might take them more than a year to schedule an interview. 

 

Everything is going smooth so far!

AOS from F1 (Student)

 

03/05/18 - AOS package Sent (I-485, I-130, I-756, I-131)

03/09/18 - AOS  Package Received

03/09/18 - Priority Date

03/20/18 - email/text NOAs Received

03/26/18 - NOAs received in mail

03/30/18 - Biometrics notice received in mail

04/09/18 - Biometrics Done

04/09/18 - Courtesy Letter for I-693 Received

04/16/18 - I-485 and I-765 UPDATE: We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case

04/18/18 - I-485 UPDATE: Case ready to be scheduled for an interview

 

04/30/18 - Requested to expedite EAD via phone

05/01/18 - UPDATE: Request assigned to an officer, response sent and request completed

05/03/18 - Called USCIS and the officer instructed me to fax evidence. Faxed evidence (Job offer) same day.

05/05/18 - Received USCIS letter asking me to fax evidence (Already done)

05/08/18 - I-765 UPDATE: Request assigned to an officer, response sent and request completed

05/08/18 - Received an email: Documentation received and request to expedite EAD under review

05/14/18 - I-765 UPDATE: We are producing your card (EAD) and will mail it to you

05/15/18 - I-765 and I-131 UPDATE:  We approved your case

05/17/18 - I-765 UPDATE: Card was mailed to me

05/18/18 - Received NOA for EAD & AP Approval

I did not get any email notifications, nor texts. The did cash my checks on April 4th.

Got our physical copies of the NOA today in the mail! After getting ours sent back 2 its a good feeling to finally not have to worry about when they would open it and if it would get sent back again.

02-15-18= Sent AOS

02-19-18= AOS Delivered

03-12-18= Package sent back to us for wrong payment

03-13-18= Resent AOS

03-22-18= Package sent back for an expired form

03-23-18= Resent AOS

03-26-18= AOS Delivered

04-04-18= Text/Email received

04-09-18= NOA received in the mail

04-13-18= Biometrics letter received in the mail

04-26-18= Notification of RFE sent to us

04-27-18= Biometrics Appointment

05-03-18= Sent back RFE 

05-09-18= RFE Received (working on case again)

09-01-18= New Card on order!

09-08-18= Received Combo Card!

09-11-18= Ready to be Scheduled for Interview

01-24-19= Interview Date

email today confirming my response was received by USCIS and my case is no longer on hold. Thankful for that.

 

Odd thing - the old case tracker site showed not 1 update since they 'received' my case for all forms. The new tracker site was the one that was updated (biometrics fee received, biometrics received, RFE sent, etc) from then on, but now the old case tracker site is the one that has the update that USCIS has received my response for RFE.

None of mine is updating! I did the bimetrics on Monday and still no updates. Does yours show the biometrics?

I received a job offer and I will start on July 16. Do you think I need to expedite my EAD?
