Would they send the 129f back for revision?

Yes in the form of RFE. Some were lucky to have a considerate adjudicator who choses to just APPROVED rather than sending an RFE.

Aah. Thanks. Hopefully, none of us who left out the NAs will have a problem since we checked off or filled in the applicable boxes. It seems asking the USCIS folks to use some common sense is a bit of a stretch.

It's like when I select male as my gender on a medical form and then fail to mark NA on the "do you think you might be pregnant" question. LOL

#######. I just realized I put Okcupid.com as my meeting place. I did describe we met in person at in n out but now i'm freaked they are going to just flag my case and say "IMB" sigh, this whole thing has been terrible from the start.

Or they could send you an RFE, you complete the RFE return it, they approve your case, you lose maybe two weeks. No biggy. Nothing to freak out about.

Hi guys! Congratulations on everyone getting approved this week! I’m just curious, what’s the new website everyone has been logging into to see the case status? Mine still says case received on March 1st. Any help on the link for the new website is appreciated. Thanks everybody! :)

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I've actually braced myself for an RFE over this. My fiance and I met through a relatively new gay dating app called Surge and I did not include their TOS to prove they are not an IMB. I did mention it was a mobile dating app but I've read mixed RFE results of people who met through dating apps.

As long as you didn't pay the website to arrange the "date" then then the RFE (if you get one) will be simple. Explain the website include the TOS and your good to go. Maybe lost 2 weeks but no harm done. Good luck.

Hello March filers, I'm a February filer here but I wanted to jump on and share this with you. A crazy thing happened to me this morning - I woke up to an email & text that action had been taken on my case and to check the website. Except...I received my NOA2 almost a month ago and it was updated on the new website only at that time. So for curiosity's sake, I logged into the old website & found that it had been updated as well with my NOA2 approval. So now both the old & the new websites are updated with my approval. Nothing else has changed. So it may be time to start the scans again!!!

Will USCIS text or email you immediately after approval of application?

Well no. Some people get silent noa2. No notification thru email, text or snail mail. It’s wise that u sign up for informed delivery or check ur mail box daily.

site is currently down for maintenance. But, should be up shortly

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
