Hey,

Having issues with notifications. You know how you log in to uscis to view your current/past cases and it says case number and then mobile and email notifications? Well i got Mobile and email on "n" with i assume means no. So when i press to turn them on, it refreshes the page, and nothing change. What is up with that?

thanks!

I think you have to check the box on the individual case then press email notifications / text notifications on. I think it just assumes you could have more than one case and needs you to specify which one you want the notifications for. Hope that helps ☺️

if you look at the chart for past months only 70% report or update their timeline.  Oct nov dec is around 70% so there are very few left.  January around 60% so around 10% of january is left.  February is at 45% approximately which is really 58% if only 70% reports or updates their timeline.

Guys I’m needing a little help

so when do I submit to the i134 to my fiance and what is a packet three??

i saw on the i134 application that if I choose the option that I would be supporting the beneficiary I should put for how long and to what extent on the extra page ... this confused me a bit too !😕😕😕

A packet 3 is a list of information, needed requirements(to be submitted) and general instructions that’s being provided by the US Embassy to an immigrant visa beneficiary.

If you are the petitioner then you really need to support the beneficiary and needs to reach the Minimum household income for him not be a public charge.

Thank you! 🤗 understood! I meet the requirement so I don’t need a co-sponser or anything ! When should I send the document to the beneficiary? I plan to send it via email

Hey, silent lurker here been on this forum and past months just to stay connected and “sane” lol we are march filers and hoping everybody starts seeing approvals very soon (fingers crossed) actually everything crossed lol .. wondering about the I134 with our embassy it says may be requested? Not sure if we would need it or not.. 🙄 if so I would be using a cosponsor and they are retired so there income is not taxed .. idk how or what documents they could send with the form.. help?
