Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks and I would love to help you with your Embassy's P3 so you can get ahead of the game but without this information to what your Embassy is I don't know what to send you.

Hi,

Actually i got the whole timeline filled out! Not sure why you can't see it..
Embassy is Vilnius, Lithuania.
She got her shots done, but it's very unclear on their website as to what they want from her to get done additionally though. It redirects to travel.us.gov or something like that, where you can find just general info.

thanks,
P

The reason I point it out is that let's say next week your have a question and I can guarantee that I will not remember you Embassy and I will not be looking for this post you just made as I answer and read so many different threads and help so many that it's near impossible to keep track. So again, if you want straight answers to your question then I suggest you complete your profile so it looks like everyone else. Answers can be Embassy specific that's why you have a country flag from where you are applying from.

There really isn't much out there for your Embassy and interview. I did find this link. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/family-immigration/nonimmigrant-visa-for-a-fiance-k-1.html

Contact the Embassy when you get your case number.

Hi.. Pleased to meet you. I’m Lucy. I am a filipina working here in HK. The waiting time after your NOA2 to interview will be most likely 2-2.5months. This is a sample packet 3 from US Consulate HK.

Hi Lucy, I'm Maria, I am working here too, but not from the Philippines, so we are in a similar situation! :) 2.5 months is not so bad but wanted to start preparing the paperwork soon. May be still too early. Good luck to you, hope you have positive news very soon!

According to the list that is on the PDF, there is no request for a medical check up? Do we not need to do it in HK? Also, if I have never been married before do we need to have paperwork confirming this information I do not see it  being requested?

I am not sure if it was expidited, because it still took them 5 months to get NOA2, usually the expidited take only a few weeks... i guess that couple was just lucky... or maybe got the dates on their timeline wrong...coz i saw another timeline saying they got NOA2 in 2019....

Haha. I actually PM'ed them to kindly correct it 😄 My OCD. 🤪But they added an interview date so I think it's just a typo.

I don't think so. They received their NOA1 at the beginning of January. (Assuming we're talking about the couple with the NOA2 2019 date).
