I figured that's what you meant. I guess I'm just confused then at your response to what I said my issue was. I was just saying I was frustrated and waiting to set an appointment for the interview. But they said they have nothing available at this time so the embassy told my fiancee to wait and keep checking. But they don't expect us to be able to schedule until mid December. Was there something relevant about what I said to the P3?

"Maybe I'm missing it. But I already have the packet 3 and 4".  Your confusing me. You don't see the P3 in your first sentenance and then you say you have the packet 3 letter in the follow-up sentence. Oy Vey.

I also mentioned in that post that I believe you are mentioning the P3 packet. Please don't comment unless it's helpful. We're all going through a long journey that can be stressful and confusing. I'm nearing the end. You're not clarifying anything for me. I don't understand your point on commenting on posts if you're not going to have patience or explain things. Please just refrain from commenting on my posts if you aren't going to explain or be respectful. I'm only on here for help and to bring encouragement.

I think greenbaum was asking you for a copy of the P3 from your embassy for his/her records in their original post to you. Just a misunderstanding.

hi everyone,

 

i noticed the i-134 form on the uscis website expires on 11/30/2018. my fiance has an interview in jan. am i still be able to use this form and give it to her for her interview? they still haven't uploaded a new form online.

I’m also wondering about this!! My interview is tmo and I just noticed the pages are expired

They’ll allow you to continue using the 11/30/2018 edition for now. It’s stated on the USCIS Affadavit of Support page under ‘Edition Date.’
