How do most people get notified that the NVC received your case? What about the case #? It seems like I keep reading that people are calling after a while instead of waiting for them to send you something. I am okay waiting to receive something from them but it's been almost a month now so I'm curious if I should expect and email or mail. But also I'm seeing most people are receiving their # within just a few weeks... But maybe that's because they're not waiting and just calling?

Does DS 160 for the fiancee and kids need to be filled out before booking interview appointment at embassy or can DS 160 be filled after appointment is made but before you attend interview ?

I'd recommend as I have done so before that you ask questions about the interview for any given Embassy in the sub-forum where others can provide their expertise. I have seen those who are from other country's opine with the wrong answer for not their Embassy causing delays for the person who had asked the question.

Since I am familiar with USEM I can tell you that you can complete and submit the DS-160 any time as long as it is done before the interview.  Here is the link to the sub-forum for the Philippines. Come on over and introduce yourself.

Do you have all the other links that I have provided to other couples from the Philippines which helps you with step by step help?

People are calling to get their case number about 2 Weeks after the NOA2. Once they have the number they can follow their case and ascertain if it has arrived at their Embassy and if it has been set to "ready" condition for interviewing. Go to the first page from this link and the details on what to do are spelled out. Post your questions there and someone will answer them for you. Good luck.
