It took us a long time. The new website was updated on October 2nd saying we were getting an RFE and we got the actual RFE by snail mail on October 19th.

Finally got our approval letter in the mail yesterday!!!  We are both so excited that it's finally moving forward.  The weird thing of this all is that it is dated 10/17, yet our case, on both sights still shows as being received.  Just glad to finally be able to go onto the next step.

We received our NOA2 last month (9/27) yet our case online still shows "received" and we have not yet received our NVC case info.  Yes, I know the letter says 30 days and others here on VJ indicate it can take 6 weeks, but I fired off an NVC inquiry email this morning to check on status.  Our letter didn't include an NVC phone number or I'd have called instead.

Hi,

Don't want to sound rude, but literally a couple posts up i said another person to call. Greenbaum said before me as well. Google is your friend.
Asking questions is good, but asking redundant questions that are answered 5times a day, wastes everyone's time, especially those who stay here long time to help out people with real issues, or questions.
Please guys, before asking the number use google, or look at least a couple pages back in this forum.

NVC PHONE NUMBER

(603) 334-0700

7am to midnight EST. Better chances of no hold 7-8am and 10-12pm

Looks like something not right. Nomal receipt from NVC is 2-3 weeks from NOA2. Time to call. You have the number from @PaulMac.
