IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

200+ as well. My fiancée gets really sad whenever I mention the k1 visa. We're looking forward to meeting in December though.

Application Submitted: March 16, 2018.

Case Approved: November 19, 2018.

I don't know what's worse. Waiting to hear something to start with or waiting to hear what they'll do with our RFE response. It's been 216 total days for us. And no idea how long it'll take them to deal with the RFE. Officially they say it could be another 60 days. 😭

Go up to the blue ribbon on the top of the page and select "forums" and then scroll down about 3/4 of the page and look for your region and then select it. You'll get answers to your questions. Also, I have added the P3 instructions for the interview and the medical process; use these links for Sweden.

Give both links. First one is Embassy and second is medical instructions.

Thank you sooo much for your help! You are the best! @Greenbaum

It's been taking on average about 7 to 28 days to get responce on rfe. All depends on adjuster.

Did you ever receive those "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time" emails? I got three of them already. 😌

My fiancée's last visit just ended... next time I see her it will be when she arrives here with her K-1! I just hope that's not too far away--being in RFE limbo is so anxiety-inducing.

No kidding. Have you already sent in your reply?

Yes, they received it on Tuesday but I haven't heard anything new yet. Naturally, this means I should refresh the case status site every 15 minutes....
