Nope, no notification yet. Based on everyone else's comments on this site, I think we should be coming up soon.

This thread is both eye opening and discouraging 😭🤣

We sent our petition I-130 last wednesday (march 13th) again since the first time around (feb 21st) didnt work, our docs were returned on the basis of 'credit card transaction is invalid due to incomplete information and/or the credit card information was denied'

What! My husband and our lawyer double checked his G-1450 and he was never charged 😪

Hello,

I was approved to expedite my case last week. As of today my nvc case status has changed to READY and and email was sent to me earlier this week from NVC stating that my case had been forwarded to CDJ.

Do I wait for an appnt? or schedule one myself?

All fees paid

DS260 and other documents done.

Please help.

How did you get it expedited?  I'm desperate to get this over with.  I've been waiting for an appointment since October 2018.  :(

Hello everyone,  I sent my NVC docs on May 17th, today I got an email saying to send the required docs listed on there, but there are no documents listed 🙄, and the last page says they are waiting for adjudication from my I601a waiver which it was approved in March 🙄🙄, now the lady helping me says that email is unclear what they asking so I need to call NVC to clarify, anyone know what's a good time to call and what weekday, when they will answer and not be so busy??? FYI I live in Phx AZ, TIA everyone
